SUMMIT AND JOURNAL AGREEMENT

YOUR BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS

LIVE, SUMMIT, PODCAST, JOURNAL, DIRECTORY, BLOG, PINTEREST, TIKTOK, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, EMAIL LIST, WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA - MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT

 

This guest consent agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated upon the date of purchase and is made by and between Jenna Martin LLC (the “Host”) and the person purchasing as (the “Guest”).

 

The parties agree as follows:

 

1. GUEST APPEARANCE

The Guest agrees to appear on all forms of media for the program entitled Your Beautiful Business // Share Your Business - Learn + Teach (the “Guest Appearance”). The Guest Appearance will be LIVE in Facebook group Your Beautiful Business // Share Your Business - Learn + Teach. The guest will also provide a photo, bio, blog post, offer picture, offer blurb, and links for their business that will be used for content and promotion across all social media platforms. These before mentioned items and parts or all of the video recording from this LIVE will also go across all platforms on the podcast, summit, blog, journal, directory, Pinterest, Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Email list, and Website for Your Beautiful Business // Share Your Business - Learn + Teach as well as on Jenna Martin’s personal facebook page. It is the Guest’s sole responsibility to prepare any necessary equipment and materials for the Guest Appearance.

 

2. RECORDING CONSENT

The Host has consent and permission to record audio and video appearance of the Guest during the LIVE in Your Beautiful Business // Share Your Business - Learn + Teach.

 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any and all intellectual property arising out of, in connection with or created in relation to the Guest Appearance belongs solely and exclusively to the Host (“Intellectual Property”). 

 

The Guest grants the Host a worldwide and exclusive license to use, broadcast, edit,

live-stream, distribute, exhibit, market, reproduce, translate, transmit, post, display, republish, exploit, copy or otherwise use the Intellectual Property, in any and all media formats, for any purpose, in perpetuity.

The Guest may not use, broadcast, edit, live-stream, distribute, exhibit, market,

reproduce, translate, transmit, post, display, republish, exploit, copy or otherwise use the Intellectual Property without prior written consent from the Host.

 

4. NO COMPENSATION

The Guest understands that the Host may receive compensation for ads viewed, sponsorships, brand deals, affiliates, downloads, or from any means of money made. The Guest understands that the Host has the rights to sell the podcast and any and all intellectual property arising out of, in connection with or created in relation to the Guest Appearance belonging solely and exclusively to the Host (“Intellectual Property”). The Guest will not be compensated at any time for the Guest Appearance, for the ongoing recordings or video views on all social media platforms, or for any rights granted Herein. 

 

5. NO OBLIGATION

The Host is not obligated to use, broadcast, edit, live-stream, distribute, exhibit, market, reproduce, translate, transmit, post, display, republish, exploit, copy or otherwise use the Intellectual Property.

 

6. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

This Agreement does not constitute and shall not be construed as constituting a partnership, agency, employee/employer relationship or joint venture between Guest and Host. 

 

7. MARKS

The host shall retain all right, title, and interest in Guest’s name and its related marks and logos. The Guest shall retain all rights in their name, materials, marks, content and logos. This Agreement shall not be construed to give either party the right to use the marks of the other party after the sponsorship ends outside of the outlined campaign.

 

8. INDEMNIFICATION

The Guest shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Host and its affiliates, and

their respective directors, contractors, successors, joint venture partners, shareholders, agents, affiliates, officers, employees, assignees and licensees from and against any and all damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses resulting from any suits, proceedings, judgments, demands, causes of action and claims, including legal and accounting fees and expenses, whether or not involving a third party claim, to the extent arising out of, relating to or resulting from this Agreement.

 

9. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Guest will provide: 

  • Headshot and Bio
  • Value Filled Blog Post
  • Business Links, Offer Picture, Offer Blurb, & Various Promotional Pieces
  • Video Content 
  • Seven 10+ Minute Videos for YouTube 

 

Note that the videos you provide for Your Beautiful Business for YouTube may not appear on any other platform or your YouTube or they will be taken down and removed. 

 

 

10. GUEST BENEFITS 

 

  • Enjoy Promotion in front of a Facebook Group of 30,000, a YouTube channel of 1,000, and multiple social media platforms.
  • Connect with women around the world many of which who have interests in business, personal development, and wellness.
  • Be at the front of this launch that will grow huge over time.
  • Have your own channel on our Youtube 

 

11. DISCLAIMER, PRIVACY POLICY, and TERMS OF USE

The Guest is also agreeing to the Host’s Disclaimer, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy included upon purchase provided on www.creatingwithjenna.com. The Guest understands that the Host cannot promise any successful outcomes including but not limited to increased followers, audience engagement, video views, increased clients, or profit.

 

 

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the matters contained herein. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties execute this Agreement on the date of purchase as written Above.
