Sales and sales copy are only "icky" if you are feeling like you need to persuade your audience. No one likes to persuade because persuading only means you are not good enough as is. I have news for you. You are good enough as is, so lets get good at communicating it!
Sales and sales copy are fun if you know you can help and you know what ideas to convey to bridge the gap to a sale! This is so much easier because you come in knowing you are fantastic and not needing to persuade anyone of anything! So be confident and share the words needed for sales as shared in this course!
Also, you do NOT have to be good at writing or have a pretty page to convert to sales.
It is a misconception that you have to be good at writing or that you have to have a gorgeous page in order to have a good sales page. It is just not true! I have signed up clients on Paypal by pulling over from driving at a park. Sales are made purely on knowing how to communicate belief and transformation in a way that it reaches the person in front of you. This isn't that difficult once you understand the key concepts.
You DO just need to understand peeking interest a bit & conveying 3 beliefs all while being your authentic self!

Even further once you learn how to validate those points, the ability to sell starts to increase higher and higher! Copy Mistakes #1 Generalizations
The most common mistake I see on sales pages are grand generalizations without specifics! Of course you want your audience to know they will be empowered, but they see the words "empowerment" everywhere. So how do you make them see your version of "empowerment" is not just a generalization and that it actually works so they will sign up? We will cover this!
Copy Mistakes #2 Misplaced Focus
Though it is important to show your expertise, many sales pages that I see focus on trying to get people to trust you as the writer, when really the focus needs to be on the reader trusting that THEY have what it takes. This can be done simply by storytelling and bridging knowledge gaps. We will cover this!
Copy Mistakes #3 Improper Flow
Flow is key to not overwhelm or distract the reader. Pricing being too high on your sales page can cut readers off before you even have the chance to warm them up! Make sure your highlighted topics even have a flow. If someone does not read the fine print, does it still read well? This way they will get all the information they need quickly! Keep you fine print in between to be cohesive and warm up your reader on points they are curious about. We will cover this!
