When you are facing tough decisions or next steps in your business, I want you to know that it is completely normal to feel discomfort or even fear at times in your growth! It happens in the unknown. So how to get past the road blocks?!

I find that shifting my heart and perspective to - a place of service - makes all the difference in the world.

Shifting your outlook to a place of service in your business takes the self talk from...

- The MIND chatter that says
“I can’t do this”
“I don’t know which way to go”
“I’m not good enough”
“Maybe tomorrow”
“No one will show up”

TO

- The HEART resonance that says
“How can I help?”
“Who can I bring more light to today?”
“I can change the world for the better”
“ I am here to provide transformation ”
“ I look forward to doing my absolute best”

It becomes less about me ( where I let fear and creep in) and more about creating a positive shift in those around you where empowerment takes full force!

Does your energy shift when you think about how you look VS how how does your energy shift when you can just teach and provide massive value?

It becomes less about how good you look and more about how much of a positive impact can you make no matter what type of business you run!

OF COURSE your beautiful business is about YOU and shine your light and feel your feels! This just helps if anxiety sets in at any time!

Plus in coming form your heart while capable of providing transformation, you create a magnetic field that people can feel.

This field conveys:
- love
- like-ability
- authenticity
- curiosity
- reassurance
- gratitude
- a space of an “I can” attitude
- healing and transformation

It also shifts people to the positive be for you even say anything!

So know that it’s normal to go through changes in your business that require bigger parts of you!

Plus these all naturally lead to more engagement and sales in business anyway! So it’s double the benefit!!

In up leveling there is a newness and an unknown. 

It’s normal to feel uncertain or even have anxiety about moving forward.

It’s part of your growth and will lead to bigger and better plus more beautiful parts of you! This way you can meet and align with your dreams!

So always honor your emotions, but know with great certainty that you are here to help make a difference.

So, next time you feel yourself feeling a little anxious, just know it’s just time to up level and fully express your truth and ability to teach or share!
